With a gradient of 70%, this is the steepest and warmest part of the Ayler Kupp. The grapes grow in very warm conditions, so the grapes are ripe and the acidity is mild. Now 55 years old, the vines have found a very positive balance and the yield is always very moderate, in favor of quality. The Kupp, which was planted in 1956, is delicately spicy and creamy with a strong minerality. The finest fruit and timeless, stony-clear elegance with a great future.
