Floral-scented Riesling for in-between times. The small bottles are sealed with a so-called long cap, meaning you unscrew the entire capsule. The Tesch winery in Langenlonsheim is truly a traditional winery, having been family-owned since 1723. Martin Tesch, the winery`s current patron and a trained microbiologist, is a passionate advocate of the terroir concept and at least as passionate an opponent of uniform mass production. In practice, this means: controlled, environmentally friendly viticulture, selective grape harvesting by hand and fully fermented wines. The result: pure Riesling!
