2022 Adam im Paradies Riesling, dry, 11.5% vol., Motzenbecker, ORGANIC

DE-OKO-022 Adam in Paradise is the counterpart to our residually sweet Riesling Eva in Paradise. Opposites attract, as we all know: Adam is a Burgundy cuvee. It combines the two strongest Burgundy varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. The wine has incredible fruit aromas, a lot of structure and a long, flattering finish. The secret is: around 40% of both grape varieties were in the tonneau (500L wooden barrel). This means that you can taste a delicate, restrained wood note.
