DE-OKO-039 The 2022 `PetMan` Riesling presents itself in a tangy, pear-yellow color. The nose initially reveals fruity notes of ripe red apples and apple wine, paired with a hint of vanilla. The fruity notes also dominate the palate. Gooseberry and star fruit meet green apple and fresh alpine currant. This is accompanied by yeasty brioche aromas and a subtle salty note on the finish. The strong and yet very fine perlage, in combination with the elegant acidity, round off the taste profile and guarantee drinking pleasure from the first sip.
