DE-OKO-022 The minerality of this characterful Riesling is based on Rotliegend Rhyolite (porphyry). Stony and barren, it forces the vines to grow deep roots in order to obtain its ingredients from this depth. Fresh aromas of grapefruit, herbs and a fresh tanginess as well as the finest mineral notes characterize this vintage. Goes well with dishes with chili, such as Asian dishes or spicy fish dishes.
