2023 Doktorspiele Rose, dry, 11.5% vol., Dr. Koehler

Doktorspiele is a cuvee made from four grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Pinot Noir. The wine`s aroma is reminiscent of red raspberries, strawberries and cherries. Clear and delicately juicy, fresh with a hint of pull, apple fruit with herbs and minerality, very loud and intense appearance, firm body with a fine structure, a hint of extract sweetness, deep and complex, long finish.
