A cuvee of Scheurebe, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Blanc. A sparkling Mr. Doctor with fruity notes of sweet apricot, raspberries and citrus notes. This wine is fun to drink with friends and is easy to drink. The traditional Bechtheim winery Dr. Koehler has existed since 1898 and has been managed by Christian Dreissigacker since 2007. After the takeover, Christian`s friends often addressed him as Mr. Doctor, and that`s how the idea for the concept wines came about.
