2022 Pinot and Co Rose, dry, 11.5% vol., Dreissigacker, ORGANIC

DE-OKO-022 Fresh and elegant - a Pinot and C. Rose, matured in the Provence style. In order to give it its delicate pastel color, the pressing process was deliberately gentle. This means that only a small amount of the coloring matter is extracted from the berry skins. The maturation in stainless steel barrels underlines the characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape variety: the Dreissigacker PNT and C. Rose combine freshness, spice and elegance. The wood and storage on the yeast give it the necessary body and ensure harmony in the glass.
