Light straw yellow with green reflections. Fresh, fruity aromas of pear, apple and grapefruit. Mild and balanced in taste with exotic notes and a delicate hint of nutmeg. Refreshingly sparkling. The sparkling wine `Fritz` is made from the traditional German grape variety Muller-Thurgau. Winemaker Jurgen Hofmann from the small town of Appenheim in the Rhine-Hesse region has rediscovered the grape variety and revived it with bubbles. Solo, as an aperitif, on ice, with Aperol as `Fritz Spritz` or as a cocktail base, it tastes best at 8 °C.
