2022 Assemblage unfiltered, QW red wine, dry, 14% vol., Peth-Wetz

This high-quality cuvee made from Dornfelder, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Mitos has been aged for 12 months in used barriques. The aroma of fully ripe berries, morello cherry and cassis rises from the glass. There are also fine green notes, peppery nuances and elderberry from the Cabernet. The assemblage is a structured cuvee that lasts a long time on the palate. Enjoy the assemblage with a hearty cheese platter, rump steak or hearty roast dishes.
