2021 Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, dry, 13.5% vol., Peth-Wetz

The cuvee consists of equal parts Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon and was aged for 20 months in new French barriques. The wine is deep dark with aromas of pepper, dark chocolate, sour cherries and plums on the nose. On the palate, this cuvee is powerful with a long finish and well-integrated acidity. A perfect accompaniment to dark meat dishes and smoked fish.
