DE-OKO-039. Classic dry Riesling with citrus and stone flavor. Clear, straightforward, pure, refreshing with maximum drinking pleasure, low alcohol. The Schatzel winery works organically and biodynamically. The rows of vines in the vineyards are narrow and low to create a shade that slows down the ripening of the grapes and thus reduces water consumption. In addition, the soil is protected by selected greenery and the fauna is promoted.
