DE-OKO-039 Natural minerality, salty, deep structure and herbal red slate aroma, wild balance, few sulphites, unfiltered. The Schatzel winery works organically and biodynamically. The rows of vines in the vineyards are narrow and low to create a shade that slows down the ripening of the grapes and thus reduces water consumption. In addition, the soil is protected by selected greenery and the fauna is promoted.
