2019 Hipping GG Riesling dry, 11.5% vol., Schatzel

Herbal, malty, with apple and some yellow fruit behind it. Salty on the palate with agile acidity, slim and tightly built. The Schatzel winery works organically and biodynamically. The rows of vines in the vineyards are narrow and low to create a shade that slows down the ripening of the grapes and thus reduces water consumption. In addition, the soil is protected by selected vegetation and the fauna is encouraged.
