2023 Grande Reserve, red wine, dry, 14% vol., Anciens Temps

The Anciens Temps line is the flagship of the Reunis de Cebazan cooperative, offering outstanding quality at a fair price. The Grande Reserve of the Anciens Temps line is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and features the typical black berry fruits of the Languedoc, complemented by morello cherries and ripe plums. In the glass, the juicy, velvety cuvee with its spicy fruit is accompanied by the typical vanilla aroma of its barrel aging, as well as paprika, pepper, cloves, and a hint of lavender. It pairs particularly well with fruity, spicy dishes, such as lamb with ratatouille.
