2020 Vieilles Vignes, dry, 14.5% vol., Lancyre

This is a cuvee from vines over fifty years old, making it the oldest on the estate. Composed of 65% Syrah and 35% Grenache, this wine impresses with its enormous density, power, and depth. On the palate, a whole basket of fruits unfolds, including sour cherries, blackberries, cassis, and elderberry, with hints of pepper, wild mushrooms, mocha, and dark chocolate. This wine is already a pleasure to drink now, but has potential for many years to come. Decanting recommended!
