Baron de Chanteclerc is a serious alternative for wine connoisseurs who appreciate the taste of estate-grown sparkling wine but unfortunately want or must forgo the alcohol, whether at a champagne reception or in a convivial setting with friends and family. This wonderful drink comes from Domaine La Colombette in the Languedoc. At his family vineyard, Vincent Pugibet has perfected the dealcoholization of his excellent dry wines (PLUME 9% alcohol) - and now presents his second sparkling wine made from dealcoholized wine. With added carbonation, it is completely alcohol-free and made from the Souvignier Gris and Muscaris grape varieties. The dry flavor, with just under 22 grams of residual sugar, is elegant with beautiful fruity notes of brioche, apples, and pears. Also available in a rose version, item no. 45183.
