FR-BIO-01 PIWI grape varieties are fungus-resistant grape varieties. They are optimally adapted to their terrain and allow for natural viticulture without the use of genetic engineering, pesticides, fungicides, copper, or other synthetic agents. The wine presented here is a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and an unknown Piwi grape variety. Its color is deep purple. On the palate, aromas of dark fruits, olives, and herbs offer a beautiful length and balance. No added sulfur.
