2022 Bob Singlar, dry, 11.5% vol., Mongestine, organic

FR-BIO-01 This white wine combines the southern Vermentino with the northern Roussanne. The result is a surprising blend, revealing a spicy and citrusy white wine, rounded off with light tannins on the finish. Its acidity makes it an ideal aperitif wine and an excellent accompaniment to grilled fish. Like all Mongestine wines, it is spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts, without added sulfur, and unfiltered.
