2022 Bob Singlar Rose wine, dry, 12% vol., Mongestine, organic

FR-BIO-01 The desire for a racy rose led the winery to combine direct pressing and liquid maceration to create a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Vermentino with light tannins, crowned by a lovely citrus and fruity acidity. A rose for grilled meats and spicy dishes, it`s just waiting to be served again and again. Like all Mongestine wines, it`s fermented spontaneously with wild yeasts, without added sulfur, and unfiltered.
