Cultivated in the Roero since 1400, Arneis is today the Piedmontese white grape variety par excellence. Since 2004, it has been classified under the highest Italian quality label, DOCG. Its delicate bouquet features notes of exotic fruits, ripe peaches, and acacia honey. Its acidity is mild and its finish is pleasant.
