Spontaneously fermented and aged in steel tanks. The wine comes from the single vineyard in Betlemme, where limestone and chalk dominate the terroir. The wine is ruby red with intense aromas of sour cherry, blackberry, and a hint of plum. Elegant in structure, with a long finish.
