2023 Rosso di Montalcino DOC, dry, 13.5% vol., Caparzo

Made from 100% Sangiovese. Aged for one year in traditional 50 hl Slavonian oak barrels, followed by at least ten months in the bottle. A complex and persistent aroma reminiscent of raspberries, violets, and pomegranate. A dry, medium-bodied wine with a good balance of tannins, wood, and body, dominated by delicate fruit notes. Very balanced and round with a beautiful, harmonious finish.
