2019 Chianti Classico Riserva Misciano, dry, 14% vol., Borgo Scopeto

Misciano, a small village abandoned in the 15th century, now lends its name to Borgo Scopeto`s most important vineyard. The wine ages for 18-24 months in 30 hectolitre and 500-litre barrels. The aroma is intense, delicate, and elegant, with hints of toasted almonds and coffee. The palate is powerful, well-structured, balanced, and with a soft finish.
