2022 Cabernet DOC, dry, 12.5% vol., Castello di Roncade

A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Cabernet Franc. Juicy, with aromas of elderberry, bell pepper, rose, and a subtle bitter almond note. The Castello di Roncade winery, located near Treviso and featuring a stately castle, currently cultivates 110 hectares of vineyards in a terroir characterized by a low-rainfall microclimate and a shallow loamy clay layer. Excellent aromatic white and red wines are produced in new cellars using state-of-the-art technology.
