2022 Valpolicella Superiore, dry, 13.5% vol., Monte Zovo

Purple red. Intense aromas of black cherries. Hints of bitter almonds and ripe fruit. Full-bodied with intense yet soft tannins. Long aftertaste. A red wine that pairs perfectly with red meat and many Mediterranean recipes. The vineyards are located in Tregnago on limestone-marl soils at an altitude of between 350 and 560 meters above sea level. The vines have an average age of 10 years and are trained using the classic Guyot system.
