2017 Vin Jaune, white wine, dry, 14.5% vol., Savagny

Deep straw yellow. The nose is intense with notes of oak, walnut, hazelnut, and vanilla. It has a nice grip, a clear structure, and harmonious acidity, with aromas of nuts and undergrowth. Its finish is very long. The soils are limestone and clayey, with marl on the lower slopes. The Yellow Wines are aged for six years in barriques according to long-standing regional tradition. Bottled in the 620 ml Clavelin bottles typical of Yellow Wines.
