These Asian noodles are made from corn and potato starch and are usually bundled in portions. They are long, transparent and very thin. They are ideal for adding to soups and salads or as a side dish to many Asian dishes. The Harusame noodles are also very suitable for deep-frying. In Japan they are called spring rain noodles!!!
