Type 0 soft wheat flour, water, stone-ground type 2 soft wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, remilled durum wheat semolina, dried sourdough culture (contains wheat), salt, yeast. Preparation: For ideal consumption, thaw the product at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes before preparation and bake in a preheated oven at 270°C for 4 to 5 minutes, as desired. Store at -18°C. The product can be stored at 0 to +7°C for up to 5 days before baking; do not refreeze after thawing. Consume only after baking. After baking, keep at room temperature and consume within 4 hours.
