These 5mm wide noodles are made from rice flour and water. They retain their transparent appearance even after cooking. They are easily confused with glass noodles made from soy flour. They taste best with spicy sauces.

Rice tagliatelle. 90% rice flour, water. Soak the pasta in cold or warm water for 30-45 minutes before preparing. Put the pasta in boiling water for 3-5 minutes (cooking time depends on the desired firmness of the pasta), then drain. Now the noodles are ready for further use.
