These 10mm wide noodles are made from rice flour and water. They retain their transparent appearance even after cooking. They are easily confused with glass noodles made from soy flour. They taste best with spicy sauces.
Rice noodles, 10 mm. rice flour, water. Preparation: Soak noodles in cold water for 10 minutes. Then cook. Store in a cool and dry place.
