AT-BIO-402. Must-fermented, different color, cloudy with yeast-for lovers of variety who are open to newly strengthened traditional positions. This wine is the result of the effort to help old, distinctive varieties experience a renaissance. Deeply rooted in the soil characterized by limestone and slate. Plenty of freshness with all its seriousness, lively, assertive tannins, spanning an array from exotic fruit aromas to ethereal notes. Careful biodynamic cultivation. Manual harvest in early September, spontaneous fermentation, left on the skins for two weeks, gently pressed with a basket press, and aged for 13 months in amphorae on its own lees.
