Mixed rye bread can be made very well with this flour. The only ingredients that need to be added are yeast and water. 10 kg of the baking mix are mixed with 300g yeast and 7.5 liters of water. Kneading and baking instructions are included on the package. The bread goes very well with smoked ham, cheese, herring and cold meat.
