2023 Gruner Veltliner Poysdorf, dry, 12% vol., Ebner-Ebenauer, organic

AT-BIO-402 Fruit and elegance are the hallmarks of this wine. After a short maceration period (5 hours), the grapes are pressed and fermented with pure yeasts. After three months of contact with the fine lees, the wine is filtered and stored in steel tanks until bottling. A pure Veltliner from the Weinviertel region, delicate spice combined with cool pear aromas. On the palate, juicy apple fruit, white pepper, finely spicy mineral notes, and a crisp fruit-acid balance.
