A white wine blend made from the Alvarinho, Arinto, and Gouveio grape varieties, which are hand-picked and completely destemmed before fermentation. Its color is straw yellow. Delicate aromas of citrus fruits and banana, with a slight predominance of pineapple, unfold on the palate, revealing exotic fruits, passion fruit, and white peach. Acidity and fruit combine harmoniously and elegantly. A complex wine with a round, smooth finish. The style of the wines from Quinta da Plansel is exemplified by the passionate oenologist Dorina Lindemann. Her 60-hectare vineyard in Alentejo, Portugal, includes not only the winery, but also a vine breeding program and a gene pool of all Portuguese grape varieties. This allows the expert to draw on the diversity of over 300 grape varieties native to Portugal for her wine creations.
