Dow`s 1994 Vintage Port, sweet 20% vol., 97 PP

On the palate, aromas of plum, some tar, and pepper. Ripe and soft fruit with a long and sweet finish. It is at the peak of its drinking maturity, but will retain this for many years to come. This mature Dow was stored in the winery`s cellars until delivery in September 2024 and is therefore in perfect and youthful condition. 1994 was a century vintage for port wine, scoring 97 Wine Spectator points and 97 Parker points.
