Ingredients
Coarse corn semolina. Corn grits. Cooking Instructions: Bring a pot with 2 1 / 2 quarts of salted water to a boil. When the water is boiling, slowly pour in the polenta while stirring (you will need half a kilo for 5 people). Continue stirring the polenta as it simmers. After 30 minutes, pour the still soft mixture onto a wooden cutting board. Store in a cool and dry place.
