Polenta is ground from the whole corn kernel. It has a strong, nutty taste and is ideal for casseroles, porridge or for making dumplings. Corn does not contain gluten (gluten protein. This corn flour is subjected to a pre-cooking process with steam. The preparation time is shortened to 2-5 minutes. The natural taste of the polenta is retained.

Ingredients
Cooked cornmeal. Preparation: Slowly pour the corn semolina into 2 liters of boiling, salted water and let it thicken while stirring. After 5 minutes of cooking, remove from the heat and drain. Store in a cool and dry place.
