Potato dumplings. 70% mashed potatoes (water, 14% dehydrated potato flakes: (potatoes, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, spices, natural flavorings), 20.1% soft WHEAT FLOUR type 405, potato starch, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate , natural flavorings. Preparation: Place the gnocchi in boiling salted water. When the gnocchi float to the top, drain and dress with a sauce from Casa Rinaldi. Store in the refrigerator and use within 3 days if the packaging is opened. Cook before consumption.
