Fresh egg pasta made from durum wheat semolina, squid color. DURUM WHEAT SELUTION, 14% WHOLE EGG, drinking water, 1.5% SQUID INK. Preparation: Add pasta to boiling, salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then drain and serve with any sauce. Store in a cool place at +7°C.
