In our group of ribbon noodles, the tagliatell are pretty much right in the middle. With their width of approx. 5 mm, they have become one of the Italian standard shapes. They are suitable for almost all types of sauces. Before cooking, tie the nest with a thread, and then serve it in its original form... This pasta comes from Italy, is made from the best durum wheat semolina, but without eggs. Also available in individual 500g packets.
