The Italians have a variety of tagliatelle noodles, although the width makes the difference. Linguine, Lingue, Tagliolini, Tagliatelle, Fettuccine etc. The Tagliolini are the narrowest ribbon noodles in our range at 2 mm, and are available as straight noodles, as well as this article; the pasta nests. This pasta comes from Italy, is made from the best durum wheat semolina, but without eggs and has a relatively short cooking time. Also available in individual 500g packets!
