Artichoke hearts made from fresh artichokes of the best quality. Suitable where whole artichokes are needed, as a vegetable, for deep-frying, gratinating, pizza or garnishing cold plates. These very young and small artichokes have a particularly delicate taste, have been flavored with lemon and are marinated in a light brine.
