The two main traditional sources, calluna heath and bell heather (erika heather), determine the strong, floral aroma of our heather honey. The all-round sweeter heather blossom harmoniously softens the strong aroma of pure calluna. In its liquid state, the heather is gelatinous and reddish-brown, but candied yellowish. One of the most popular aromatic honeys.
