An extraordinarily rare early honey is dandelion honey. In some years it is only possible to harvest dandelion honey where there are no competing plants - especially rapeseed. For example, in the marshes of East Frisia or the flowering mountain meadows of the Alps. The very smooth, dark yellow dandelion honey impresses with its mildly spicy aroma.
