Rose peppers are made from whole peppers and have a relatively spicy taste. It is used wherever spicy seasoning is desired. Above all, it is ideal for braised meat and stews with a Hungarian touch or for spicy soups, such as tomato or goulash soup. Depending on your taste, rose peppers also season cream cheese and rice as well as most legumes and vegetables. It should not be heated too much, otherwise it will become bitter.
