Perfect for familiarizing yourself with Japanese chef`s knives, their blade shapes and the associated grinding techniques on the whetstone. The knives of the Haiku Home series are with the right handling very sharp: bones and frost and cleaning in the dishwasher are like all other Japanese blades taboo. Simply rinse the knives by hand with warm water and dry. For re-sharpening, use the HH-07 grindstone with 800 grit.
