This seasoning mix includes a satay marinade for the meat and the matching sauce. Preparation: Sprinkle the contents of packet A over 500g of diced pork and add a little water. Mix everything well and let marinate for about 2 to 3 hours. Then string the meat onto sticks and grill until cooked through. For the sauce, place the contents of packet B in a pan and add 1 / 2 cup water or 3 / 4 cup coconut milk with vegetable oil. Stir the whole thing well and bring to the boil. Then serve.
