DE-ÖKO-001 Tarragon is often used to flavor egg dishes, fish, seafood, salads, sauces, mustard and vinegar. Its taste is reminiscent of anise and pepper and is slightly bitter. Tarragon aroma goes well with poultry and is indispensable for the preparation of bearnaise sauce. The herb tolerates longer cooking times and is also suitable for flavoring bland-tasting foods. When dried, tarragon has a slightly weaker flavor.
