Plum with rum: a spicy thing that we boil down with some ginger and cinnamon. The special note gets the fruit spread through the rum. This can also refine a rice pudding. Veronique Witzigmann: For my fine fruit spreads I select only the best fruits and spices for you. In order to process these ingredients gently and tastefully, only small quantities are cooked by hand. In my assortment counts the quality, the care and the love with which I cook my products.
